ABOUT THIS NANODEGREE
The Programming for Data Science with Python course introduces students to the programming tools and languages that are commonly used by data science experts. Among the others, the program covers Python (data structures, variables, functions, and loops, as well as working with data libraries – NumPy, Pandas), SQL (fundamentals like JOINs, Aggregations, Subqueries) and GitHub (using version control and sharing your work with other people).
During the course, you will learn how to develop systems using Python and how to manipulate large datasets. You will get familiarized with data analysis with statistics and machine learning, as well as data communication with information visualization. You will also have a unique opportunity to work with big data.
