After successfully completing the programme, participants can book their ITIL 4 test using the exam voucher. PEOPLECERT conducts the test and keeps the certification valid. The test is closed book and has a strict grading system. To get certified, participants must obtain a minimum pass percentage (65% for ITIL 4 Foundation).
