ABOUT THIS NANODEGREE
The Data Scientist Nanodegree is considered to be one of the best data science programs in the industry. The program assumes that you already know much about supervised and supervised machine learning algorithms so you may be certain it’s an advanced course.
You will work on projects designed by industry experts. Among others, the course covers design experiments and running data pipelines. You will also build recommendation systems and deploy solutions to the cloud. The expert will also teach you some useful software engineering, e.g. creating unit tests and building classes. During the course, you will work with a massive amount of data – you will learn to work with it through the entire data science process.
The course takes around 4 months to complete. If you want to succeed in the program, being familiarized with machine learning concepts is a must. Also, knowledge of Python programming, probability, and statistics would help.
